Recently my dad passed away, my dad having 2wifes and I am son of second wife. can I claim for compassionate appointment , my dad first wife also considering me for job will I get job . I am having two sisters(first wife daughters) both are married they are also having no objection for me for cg appointment there no objection form anyone in family , can Railway accept my application, and what to do know?

if there are no objection from all legal heirs then all of the legal heirs( first wife, 2 daughters) can give a no objection certificate to the railway authorities and thereafter they can consider your appointment on compassionate grounds.
