Company not accepting resignation and forcing to work till 1 year

I am working in a USA medical billing company in Noida, I have resigned from the company on June 25th, 2020. But now management is harassing me & forcing me to work till 1 year as they say that I have signed a bond of 1 year with the company. Whereas, I am not at all interested in working in this company. So, please help out with this situation & guide me with what should I do Now?
Where can I approach the legal proceedings?
Where can I file a complaint?
And other steps I had to follow now.
