Company harassing and not providing bonus. Please advise

I worked with a E.Commerce company, I joined in May 2015 only , they didn’t provide me any. I left the jod from may 2016, after giving many mails for pending salary their hr refuse by saying that I didn’t gave them notice so my salary can’t be considered, Not in last month after several mails they proceed my pending salary but they didn't provide me my 3 months Mobile bill and my bonus too. It there any options by which I can get these both as well as I want to file a case for this mental harassment too..... Kindly guide

you will have to look thoroughly into your employment contract as to what is the company's policy. As the contract decides what will be the terms of your employment, however, you are still entitled for the payment/expenses you incurred which is your 3 month mobile bill.

You will have to send them a legal notice through an advocate. In case they do not respond positively, you can file a suit for recovery or as if you fall under the definition of workman you can file a complaint with the labour commissioner under the industrial disputes act.

Although there is a probability of filing the case for mental harassment but there is almost no likelihood of getting any reimbursement for the mobile bill. As far as bonus is concerned then any company is liable to pay bonus only in that circumstances when they are making profit and not otherwise.
