Company asking for extra money for not completing work on time

Sir I have taken an online contract for 20days for that I have signed on the agreement papers but I didn't completed my work as per agreement In the agreement the told me to pay only ₹5300/- If I failed to complete the work But now they are saying I have to pay ₹7650/- When I asked them why should I need to pay that much They are saying I have to pay legal and NOC charges Should I pay for that charges And the company is from surat

Unless the terms and conditions of the online contract or agreement are looked into one cannot give an opinion. However, having failed to comply with the terms and conditions one has to honour the contract as agreed. Legal and NOC charges how are they applicable in your case should be looked into....

It is based on your agreementagreement and further the conditions of agreement should not defeat the Law of contract. As such without examining the conditions of document it is difficult give opinion. Finally company can recover damages, only because of your failure if company has occurred any losses.
