Is it possible to gift deed a property without sale deed

A owner can only validly transfer his title but not through a agent. Your question is not sufficient to give proper answer. The people who are having vested right over the property ,they only can execute gift deed infavour of others.
Q: Property transfer to family members
We have one home and field registered in my grandfathers name, now we wanted to register to my mothers name. My grandfather and my father both are passed away, what is the process now to registering property on my mother’s name. Thanks

The persons who are legal heirs to such property,has to execute gift deed / relinquishment deed in favor of mother. You should consult lawyer or good document writer for preparation for deed and then submit for registration before the registrar where property is located.
Q: Sanction of extra-ordinary leave on medical grounds & waiting period
I worked as Lecturer and Principal of Govt. college and retired from services on 31-08-2019. I could not submit my pension papers as sanction of EOL on medical grounds on loss of pay and sanction of waiting period on loss of pay is pending. I have availed extra-ordinary leave on medical grounds and loss of pay from 2-7-2000 to 05-11-2003, and reported to the office of Commissioner of Education on 6-11-2003. After enquiry by the Regional Joint Director, Guntur, I was reposted at Government degree College, Nayudupet, Nellore Dt on 21.12.2004. I have represented the CCE for sanction of EOL on medical grounds from 2-7-2000 to 05-11-2003 and for sanction of Waiting period from 6-11-2003 to 21-12-2004. This sanction of EOL and waiting period is still pending. Can I approach the court for the sanction of leave ? If yes, kindly guide me

Sir,since you are state government employee,you have to approach AP administrative tribunal as per law but after bifurcation, the tribuna isl not functioning so the only way to approach High Court for your grievance. The high Court after consideration of facts from both sides,high court may direct the authorities to sanction the leave
Q: Can father transfer ancestral property without consent of his children
My father is a drinker and hits us badly everyday now we (me,mother and sisters) are come out of the house and staying separately. My father has agriculture land on his name which is earned by his grandfather. Now he want to transfer/sale to his sisters since we are not staying with him. Here comes my question. Does he has right to transfer/sell the property without my and my siblings signature?

The property is ancestral property and divided into 3 shares only one share of the property has got the right to alienate by ur father remaining two shares has got the right to his children. If the children's are major part of the transfer is valid acquired by ur father share but not the whole

Yes you have right to claim provident fund. First you have to complaint toemployer to settle your provident fund amount if your employer failed to take action then you may directly approach the provident fund officer to settle your provident fund amount
