Well, lodging of FIR means a Criminal Case has been registered against you. If that is the case, then, you cannot go abroad without the permission of the concerned Police Station doing Investigation or the concerned Court looking after the Criminal Case.

This is my advice to you:
1 You need to check online if any FIR has been filed;
2 You can also check any post or mail that you may have received in your last known address;
3 If the answer is no, then you can travel as long as you have a lawyer who can handle any case in your absence;
4 More details will be required to give proper advice
