Can a person travel if have FIR on him

we are not sure about the FIR done or not,
let us assume if FIR is done and person is not arrested, in this case can i person travel out of India, will he face any difficulty in Immigration
Well, lodging of FIR means a Criminal Case has been registered against you. If that is the case, then, you cannot go abroad without the permission of the concerned Police Station doing Investigation or the concerned Court looking after the Criminal Case.
