Blackmailing through a Co worker

My husband is having an affair with a coworker for 2-3 months. Now when i caught him he broke with her. Now this female colleague is blackmailing him by sending whatsapp messages that my husband is doing mental harassment with her and she is getting suicidal thoughts. Now my husband is scared that he might loose his job and if this co worker puts allegations on him. Please suggest
first of all is she taking any legal action against your husband that is the question because ultimately if she is then you are just left to reply back and fight for it. other than that it would be expedient to talk things over and get the real understanding of how the things will take place

First of all, I want to know your location to determine court jurisdiction. If he was having physical relationship with her than it might be tad difficult but you can file a case of criminal intimidation and if the relationship was mutual can adduce evidence in the court .
