time in Indian court on summoning international witness for statement

Hi Sir/Madam, Just wondering acc to Law in India how many months a district court can give to a complainant settled overseas to produce his/her witness statement on hearing. I assume there should be maximum time mentioned on summoning overseas witness so that to arrange visas/ ticketing /booking holidays in order to travel to India for witness statement. Kindly advise.

It's written on courts order as to how much time you have to produce the statement. Thus a reasonable time is given by court. If due to some circumstances you cannot file an application before the court.
