Go to your nearest police station and report the incident as a complaint and they will file an FIR for the same. Tell them the abuse and violence you suffered and as well as the threat to life in that complaint.

Q: Laws for hacking account crime

I hacked ex gf Facebook account and she is going to report it in cyber crime. Will I be penalised for it. If yes, what would be maximum charges. is facebook hacking illegal ?

Whoever commits hacking shall be punished with imprisonment up to three years, or with fine which may extend upto two lakh rupees, or with both.Yes you might be if she press charges as this against her privacy. And privacy laws are getting stricter

Q: Person constantly hacking my social media account where to complaint

someone is trying to harass me online by hacking my account on facebook, instagram. Also the person is making my fake accounts n uploading my recent pictures on it. I am really fed up with this and also he/she text me that "jo kar sakti hai karle". I have tried all methods to secure my account and also made another id's but nothing is working. I am afraid of my parents would scold me fo this that what is important to use social ntwoks if they get to knw this. what should i do should i file case or what?

Report it to Facebook. And use a secure password. Report it to police and cyber cell. Nothing else you can do. Or delete the account and change the email id. Create a new one with a new email ID. Save the screenshots of hacking. With date and time.

File an online FIR from Delhi itself. This is called zero FIR. AND IF NO ACTION TAKEN. TELL A LAWYER IN BIHAR TO FILE UNDER 156(3) FOR COURT ORDERS. AND HELP LET ME KNOW. WILL ARRANGE A LAWYER IN BIHAR
