MY CAR ACCIDENT HAPPEND IN JULY 2022. BESIDE ME ALL DOCUMENTS PROVIDED TO INSURENCE AGENT IN TIME. I CALL HIM SEVERAL TIME , HE ALWAYS SAID ITS TAKE TIME TO SETTALED TOTAL LOSE. TILL DATE I WRITING MY AMOUNT WAS NOT SETTLED.

You can directly file your claim before the Consumer Redressal Forum. For filing an insurance claim, you need copy of FIR, Insurance policy, denial of claim/requests made by you etc. Once the complaint case filed before the forum, the insurance company is bound to answer and settle the claims.
