Insurance lying in court for theft vehicle

13-Sep-2026 (In Insurance Law)
My Royal Enfield GT 650 was stolen from my residence parking area. I got Fir copy and informed insurance on same day Site visited by their surveyor and collected documents and taken photos of keys. Received letter to submit keys with letter. I sent 2 keys and letter. they closed the case. Now in consumer court they are saying i given only one key. But i have taken video of 2 keys and sent by post.

If you have proof that two keys were handed over, such as the video, postal receipt, covering letter and the insurer’s earlier correspondence, this can be important evidence. The insurer’s contradictory stand can be challenged before the Consumer Commission. Please share the insurance rejection/closure letter and your key-submission proof so the case can be assessed properly.
