When can I apply for a mutual divorce

Hi, I got married 8 months ago. My wife and I seeking divorce because of mutual differences. I will be moving to USA soon. Should i need to present in the court for any hearing or can i send my father for hearings and also let me know how long it will take to get the mutual consent divorce.

In this case you can apply for mutual divorce it will take 6 months minimum time at the time of filing the case both parties need to attend court later we can follow the case by requesting the

Mutual consent divorce petition can be filed only after expiry of on year from the date of marriage. Both parties must present on the date of filing and date of hearing will be after six months and on that day if both parties appear and examine the court will grant divorce

You have wait for 2 or three month's to file mutual consent. Mutual divorce will file within one year both are residing separately . You need not present before the court. Your father also represent the matter. It will take six months from the filing and numbering of the case.
