My uncle is an US citizen. He has been in india for the past 1 year. I need to apply for a renunciation certificate for him to apply for OCI. He does not have certain original documents like his latest passport and his naturalization certificate. We have copies for the same. We have his US passport. I need help getting a renunciation certificate.
