Does this count as detention or arrest while filing Ds160?

24-Feb-2025 (In Immigration Law)
Mistakenly I had empty bullet shells casing in my luggage bag taken as souvenir from gun range visit in USA, so while flying from India it got detected and was taken to nearby police station for inquiry, to which i showed them proof/bill/waivers/photos of gun range and so was freed without any charge/conviction. I don’t know if there was FIR or any record, also police didn’t give me any document. I had written statement about my visit to gunrange and attached proof of it and submitted.

Well, Police has recorded your Statement, it means that, Police was doing Preliminary Enquiry which is a stage before lodging of FIR. If Police would have become satisfied with your Statement and Evidences which have been shown from your end, then, you need not worry.
