Someone filed a case rape on false pretext of marriage against me. As of know fir chargesheet has been filed. And I have also been granted anticipatory bail from the district court itself and judge has mentioned it cannot be rape since girl was adult while was mature enough to judge what's wrong and what not. Statement in 164 , fir and chargesheet nothing found against. Girl denied medical. Also allegations of marriage does stand since she was married while she filed a complaint and was in process of divorce which was granted long after the complaint was filed. Now I want to quash the fir. I am not able to get the certified copy from the district court from past 2 months and clueless what to do what are the chances of filing quash peterion without certified copy and using xerox copy. Please guide and suggest since I stand a good chance to quash the fir. Also the trial has even started it still 1 year plus to start
