Owner Is Not Refunding My Token Amount

Last month I had book 2bkh resale flat and given token amount to owner however due to some reason I had cancelled the deal now owner is not refunding my token amount. What should I do please advise me

Do get the Agreement to sell legally perused by an Advocate and seek his expert legal advise. A Legal notice can be issued seeking refund failing which a Suit for recovery can be filed before the district court having jurisdiction
