I have got cheated, i need my amount back .will you help me to solve this issue he told he will return my amount with in a week but not giving my amount back.
sir it depends on how much amount you have given to him if you have given through cash or online or through cheque. If you have a blank cheque then you can file a cheque bounce case or else you have to file money recovery suit!
