Ak vyakti ne civil case may SDM court may ghutha byan diya hai ki ye ladki hum husband wife se paida hui hai.jb ki wo ladki uske chhote bhai ki beti hai .Us vyakti ke reality may apni koi santan nhi hai.to iski janch kaise karvaye. Document may apna name dalvya hai.lekin godnama nhi hai.Kya DNA test ho skta hai? To kaise aur kha apply kre ? Sir please Btane ki kripa kare.
SDM कोर्ट में झूठे बयान पर आपत्ति दर्ज करें।
✔️ Section 151 CPC के तहत DNA टेस्ट की मांग करें।
✔️ अगर दस्तावेज़ फर्जी हैं तो FIR दर्ज कराएँ।
✔️ जन्म प्रमाणपत्र, स्कूल रिकॉर्ड, और गवाहों के बयान को साक्ष्य के रूप में पेश करें।
