Owner Is Not Refunding My Token Amount

Last month I had book 2bkh resale flat and given token amount to owner however due to some reason I had cancelled the deal now owner is not refunding my token amount. What should I do please advise me

It depends on whether the clause for forfeiture of bayana amount was incorporated in the agreement to sale or not. In case the clause was written in the agreement then the owner can refuse to return the said amount. For more clarity pls contact.
