Aapko anticipatory bail lagani padegi uske baad trial chalega. Aarop jhootha hai ya sahi woh court me decide hoga. Pehle aap bail file kare uske baad hi aapko relief milega, otherwise mother arrest ho sakti hai kisi bhi time.

Yes, after conclusion of the matrimonial proceedings and passing of judgment, you may move an application under Section 340 CrPC read with Section 195 CrPC if you can show that the respondent knowingly gave false evidence, filed forged/fabricated documents, or made deliberate false statements on oath before the Family Court.
Q: detailed clarification required ongoing cc case 319 crpc pending
in ongoing cc case on a 319 crpc application. The respondents/accused have filed their counter statement to the application with no evidence just blind denial .The court has noted that the matter is now at the stage of hearing the petitioner’s side in response to that counter. The hearing of the petitioner’s side enquiry has been postponed. The case has been adjourned to petitioner side enquiry. enquiry means what? because before counter itself argument by petitioner on maintainability merit over
Advocate Dhananjay Mishra answered
In your case under Section 319 CrPC, “petitioner side enquiry” does not mean a full trial or detailed evidence stage. It simply means the court will now hear your side and check whether there is enough material already on record to call (summon) the other persons as accused. It will just see whether there is strong enough material already available to involve those persons in the case.Since the opposite side has only filed a denial without evidence, that by itself does not matter much at this stage. You should focus in preparing your evidence for now.

You should first file a detailed representation to the recruiting authority seeking reconsideration. If no relief is granted, you may approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) by filing an Original Application, as the matter concerns recruitment to a government institution. You can seek quashing of the rejection and direction to consider your candidature with age relaxation.
Q: Wrong Cheque bounce Notice Received at my House
Today, a policemen came with a court notice for being present in the court. Address on the notice was of F-123 but my house is F-123A (note: it is 123A and not 123). Accused person never resided at out place F-123A even neither at our neighbour house (F-123), not part of family. Also, there are mixture of old and new address in our areas. Some uses old address and some uses new one. Also we are resident here for almost 20+ years. We protested against the policemen taking photo of notice.
Advocate Dhananjay Mishra answered
The court notice is usually given in the person/company’s name. It will not affect your rights unless it is a property dispute. You can share the picture of the notice to your lawyer and consult whether you need to appear in the said case or not.
