Major 420 By Builder What Additional Can Be Charge 420 Plus

An builder who failed to gave possession even after 10 years Many FIR has been lodge of 420 total 21 FIR ..every individual fighting their own FIR separatly ..since there have been multiple FIR but builder getting benefits of Arjish kumar Judgement in each FIR separatly. Can any other sections can be added with 420 since he became a mahathug on FIR. Advised pls
U should file a case before consumer forum for possession and recovery of ur amount along with compensation from the builder .Regarding criminal case under 420 is concerned if fir has been registered then trial should also proceed and in such case he can be sentenced to jail . If the trial is not proceeding then u can take directions from high court to trial court for proceeding the trail in a time bound period .Contact me for any help
