Sir ,
I m married woman . I love some one who are applied for divorce with his wife.I also have lot of family problem. And want to leave my husband also .
Than can I live with him whom I loved without clear divorce .
no you have to apply for divorce too and after that you both are legally allowed to get marry or to live together as if you both are ready to get divorce you can apply for mutual divorce rest of your query can be discussed by seeing your relevant documents.
