Will the new judgment by the Supreme Court change the daughter's right

Will the new judgement by supreme court on 3 rd feb 2018 will change daughter right if father died before 9 th sep 2015. Hindu religion.

The latest judgement of Honourable Supreme Court in Danamma's case (Feb 2018) holds that daughters are coparceners irrespective of the date of their birth. But this judgement nowhere overruled the earlier SC judgement in Phulvati's case (2015) where the Honourable SC has held that the 2005 Amendment is applicable only if father died after 9-9-2005. So I don't think the new judgement gives the daughters coparcenary rights if father died before 9-9-2005.

Sc clearly said that all daughters weather married or single have equal rights in there ansistral property as the son do.propery should be equaly divided into all the children's without any discrimination

Supreme court is apex court in india.
I dont know what judgement you are referring, but if it is from SC, it is law.
No discuss about it.
It is mandatory ...
No court in india can pass an order against it.
