Will Private Colleges Come Under RTI act

My wife filed case under crpc 125 and asking for maintenance and she is completely suppresed that she is working and filed case like she is housewife I know where she is working now can I ask that institution to produce her salary certificate and her working designation under RTI act and if I convinced the court that she Hided her employment what will be punishment for her under law

Dear Sir, You can file application before Court under Section 91 of Cr.P.C and a notice will be issued to her employer to furnish her salary certificate. Thus, no maintenance will be given to her if her salary is more than your salary.

It is mandatory under law that both you and your wife have to declare your income and other assets, by way of an affidavit. If you have the knowledge of her working somewhere, prefer an application to the court seeking requisition of the details you need, which will assist the court in arriving at its findings.
