Will not living together will make a court marriage invalid ?

I and my bf registered our marriage 2years before but for some family issue we can't live together right after our court marriage.Is it valid or our marriage is invalid now.Do we have to register our marriage once again plz help

U need not register again. U could not cohabit due to certain circumstances and that will not render the marriage invalid. However the formalities should be complied with and in accordance with law. Conjugal rights for eg

What ws ur n ur patner' age at that time?? If u both are attending majority at the time of the marriage then ur marriage is valid one.. Once a marriage is registerd by competent parties the marriage will valid unless n untill the party gets divorce..so u need not to register ur marriage again..

Your marriage is valid until a decree for divorce is granted by a Court of Law. However, the fact of not living together for one year may be a ground for divorce. If it is not an issue between you two the marriage is valid.

first of all when marriage is solemnized under law one can only be abstained from conjugal right by way of divorce and that too when that is obtained from family court of the jurisdiction.for further more assistance consult lawyer..

Once your marriage is registered you become legally wedded couple. If both of you are living separately with mutual consent , there is nothing to worry.Further living separately for 2 years is a ground for divorce if there is any dispute .
