if you have already disclosed the proceedings, it does not affect your joining or job. you can file a quashing petition in high court to quashing the fIR against you and your friend . your name along with faimy's name will be removed from the fir

Since there is no arrest or conviction and the case is still under trial, it generally should not affect your joining or candidature, especially since you have already disclosed the matter during the application process. Government organizations often consider the nature and status of the case. As long as there is no adverse police verification report or conviction, your candidature is unlikely to be rejected. However, you must fully cooperate with legal proceedings and keep your employer informed if required.

Well, it depends upon the terms of your employment. I should suggest you go for an immediate quashing of proceedings before the Hon'ble High Court so that you can get a clear chit and then there won't be any issues in your workplace.

Hello. Please clarify whether by Domestic violence case you mean petition under section 12 of domestic violence act or are you talking about registration of FIR. In both the cases proceedings and stance will be different.
