Will I get maintenance in an ex-parte passed by the court

He is not coming to court, sir. the recent judgment was ex parte to me.next purpose is plaintiff evidence sir.now my doubt is the case will be ended now, Sir? Now I will get maintenance sir?

If the case is expected to be exparte then the case is nearly to complete and still after the judgement serve him a copy if he doesn't comply then you can file contempt petition and eviction petition against him. As the next purpose of hearing is ex-parte evidence, you have to lead ex-parte evidence which means, you have to file ex-parte evidence affidavit and once it is filed, the court will examine you in person and will ask you to file ex-parte written arguments and after filing it, the court will finally pass ex-parte maintenance order. For further doubts, contact your lawyer.
