firstly please give the details what were the terms of settlement, then only it is possible to advice you what further steps you can decided, you have not specified what case was filed and who had filed the case and what was written the settlement entered into between both.

The settlement agreement will form part of the Decree. No case can be disposed off without a decree. You have an option of filing an execution petition based on your degree/settlement agreement. Can advice further on obtaining details of the settlement.
