Wife's 2nd wedding without revealing fact

My brothers wife has filed so many cases agnst him for 498a, maintenance etc... This has happened after we got to kno this was her second marriage through her passport, she cheated him and now torturing for money through police. we gt to kno this week abt maintenance case bt the case status shows argument, we dis not receive any notice. Can abybody ols suggest what can be done. My wife was engaged thrice as well. I guess they do this to extort money.
you have not explained about case approach the advocate and brief your case , might be she got exparte order and proceeded for evidence so immediately appear in case and contest , for criminal case you can challenge in high court , even you can file the case against her and also divorce petition for concealing true facts and getting married and collect necessary proof of her background to establish your case .
