Wife went somewhere without informing

My wife went somewhere without informing for 2 days. And after coming she's is not telling anyone. So can I file a case against her?

Hi, You must inform the same in your nearest police station and also intimate in writing to her family members. There are many question to it like why she left and are you the reason of her leaving. If she does not have any justifiable ground, you can file divorcejudicial seperation on the ground of cruelty.

Firstly you should know her reason for disappear. If you find that she is guilty then you will be able any suitable action against her if find any other reason or innocent then you should compromise with her.thanks

First of all, what do you want.? A lady has a free will, can go anywhere. If you want a decree of divorce, then make these points as grounds in ur appeal. Otherwise, nothing wrong she has done to face any case or proceeding. Respect her wishes, talk to her, if u want to save ur marriage. Stay happy, Stay blessed.

Yes if you have evidence that she was out for 2 days without any proper excuse file divorce case against her in the competent court of law But contact me or other lawyer before any proceedings for you
