Wife threatening husband and his family for filing FIR

Wife broke into husbands house and now threateing and demanding all assets .What immediate action shalll be taken .also how can husband protect himself from future false allegations.

immediately in order to protect from the bad clutches of the wife you should file the case for divorce before the family court as the act amounts to the mental cruelty you have the right to do so otherwise they can't file your false complaint against you for dowry prohibition domestic violence and in police station for return of articles so in such circums you will be forced to face multiple level of legal battle so in order to avoid that and prove your genuity you should first approach the legal forum those who first approach the legal for room in public they will thought they are genuine and in case even if you havetruecense in the facts and circumstances of the above matter the public forum will think that you are defending the case against delegation of your wife
