Wife stolen jewelry and cash then filed for 498a and maintenance case

HiAfter 2 years of marriage, wife went to her parents house saying i will come back in few days. After few months she has filed for 498a, 125 maintenance and DV maintenance. And she has taken all the jewelries that we have given her in marriage and entire cash that was present in home before she went to her parents house. Kindly suggest what to do ??

Dear Sir, You can lodge theft case against your wife and see that FIR is registered. You may approach High Court for quashing of 498A of IPC case. You have to just protest all her cases and in the meanwhile try to put Domestic Violence case on your wife through your mother.

okay ii understand your questions so now your wife filed case againest you right so you have to file it divorce case if you are intrest then you have to contest all the case and take good advocate otherwise you willl face it problems so if you need any legal help contact me thank you
