Wife staying at her mother house last 2 years

my 11 years old daughter and 14 years old son living with me and my wife not staying with us because she want divorce from me, what I do?

Well, you try to understand the concerns behind her seeking Divorce from you. If you can resolve those concerns, then, she will not Divorce you. However, if the fault lies in her and not in you and she is the one who creates mess in the relationship between the two of you and is indeed the problem in herself, and, despite that she by taking initiative is asking for Divorce from you, then, by not hesitating, you grant her Divorce.

Good evening, If your wife doesn't want to live with you the best way is to get a mutual consent divorce if both the parties are ready to stay separate and at the same time you can also apply for custody of your children. For any further query kindly contact me.
