Wife sent a eviction notice to my elderly parents

19-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
My wife has deserted me 18 months ago. She is currently staying with her parents. I purchased a property in my hometown back in 2017 and my parents were staying in that house. I have registered the home on my wife's name. My wife was always unemployed and she never had any source of income. I have all evidences which include bank statements to prove that I am the one who paid the complete amount. My wife has now sent a eviction notice to my parents. What options I have to protect my parents.

Despite the property being registered in your wife's name, you may have a chance to demonstrate that you are the actual owner due to evidence of payment, bank statements, and other documentation. Discuss in person with me. 1. you have to file civil suit for declaration of titile. 2. you have to take injection order for not to alienate and not to interfere in to peaceful possession of property 3. you to hold possession of property at any cost.
