Q: Low roof bathroom leakage over car parking and could damage car paint

I, L V S V Krishna residing in a residential apartment (age 20yrs) in Hyderabad, , above our parking there is a low roof bathroom, it has been leaking from last 2+ years, due to COVID-19, we were parking only bikes in that area, so we adjusted and now we got a new car and we are been doing a follow up with the owner (stays at different place) from last 45 days but he pushing the repair by saying, 'done white cement work'. Leak is on car bonnet. Doesn't have proper association.
