WIFE REFUSES TO COOK FOR FATHER

I have my Father wife and child living with me in Duplex flat. We have a common Kitchen in ground floor where my wife takes care of the meals. If She refuses and fights to not cook for my Father who is alone as my mother passed away in 2021,What legal options do we have?? My father is 61 years of age and alone and thus dependent for Meals on my Wife. Wife knowing of this Dependence fights and creates new demands every day. you can send a notice to her through a lawyer to go through mediation if this is the dependence you have to become self sufficient ya the kitchen can be separated so that she can get freedom to cook also it depends upon how much cooking she does

if your wife not ready to cook meal for your father then you need to arrange a maid for him. but if you not capable then understand your wife to cook meal for your father. only it's a way to manage your family. otherwise family get break if using any legal action.

your father have right to get meal from your wife because he senior citizen and father in law of your wife ,she could not denied to get meal to her father in law's in family law you can go to the court to get his father meal through his wife

aapki fight aur problem dono hi small hai aur iske liye legal battle ki need ni hai bs thode se adjustment ki need hai aur kuch steps lene honge aapko but agar aap real me koi legal step chahte hai toh aap mujhse contact kar skate hai kyu ki yaha jawab dena possible ni hai aap personal no. pe call karke advise le sakte hai.

you can file a complaint before the related police station and if police refuse to take your complaint and not take any fruitful legal action then you can go court and file a complaint before the appropriate court then the court decides. for further details you can contact me.
