Q: alimony and property issue in divorce case

Sir,I have filed divorce case against in court under Hindu marriage act section 12.Case is under process in court since three years.Now I want to purchase some property in my Name.Please suggest me weather I can purchase property or wait till the court decision.What are the rights of wife in property.

Q: Received Legal Notice For Not Serving Notice Period

I received a legal notice from my past employer for not serving notice period and contacting a client after I joined a new company. But there is no confidential or NDA clause in my offer letter nor there is any written proof where they informed us about not reaching any of their client. I did not serve notice period due a personal emergency and also the workplace is very toxic. In the notice they are demanding 2 months salary within 15 days to settle the FnF. I have some prooves too. Please suggest what and how to reply to the legal notice.

you can give them a reply by denying all the allegations and by law they cannot ask for a 2 month salary because you have paid for your work not a grant as there is no provision in law when an employee left job and accept another company offer then ex employer can ask for return salary.and for formal reply you can contact me.
