Wife ran away frm matrimonial home 15months back with 10days old infant son. Since that day neither she came back nor she show us our son. She changed her contact numbers, now unable to contact. She is not willing to continue and also not giving divorce. I don't want to do RCR anymore after this much emotional detachments from son n wife. I am 32yrs old govt servant, I want to live my live happily. My query is can I do temple marriage with someone and live with her as husb wife (like liv in relation) in the same house? Or should I file for contested divorce? But if I file contested divorce then it will take so long to get the verdict, moreover my grounds are also not that strong.. please suggest me to get out of this mudy situation.

hello there just wait for another few months then file for divorce on ground of desertion and you can get divorce... also it won't take much if she doesn't contest the case.... feel to consult for further guidance if you need....

Dear Sir, Your proposal to have live in relationship seems to be appropriate in the present situation but not advisable as your Government servent. You have to file contested divorce and manage to get it ex parte divorce thus yiu may get some relief from your present wife.
