Wife not letting me meet my kid

Sir, main or meri wife 2 years sa ak sath nahi raha raa. par mera 3 years ka baby ko bi dekna nahi deta. may divorce ka liya raji nahi hu.mera wife divorce chati ha.may kiya koru.mera wife govement job korti ha.or may private job korta hu.muja baby ka sath milna hai.
Sir you need to file case before the family court for restitution of conjugal rights before your wife files a case for divorce. Or you can file a case for custody of your children before the proper forum. For any help you can contact me directly since I am practicing at Gauhati High Court.
