Wife not interested to live with me

I am married in Aug 2015 and my wife left to her parents to deliver the baby in June 2017 and she never came back. She is not happy with me and she is comfortable with her parents. Her parents also appreciates this. We are not together for more than 3 years and I lost the hope she would come back. We as family, tried from all directions to convince her and she is very strong in her thought. She is fine with divorce and her father demands me to initiate the process, while her father is a civil lawyer. I am scared to take any step forward that her father would find some loop holes to demand my properties and earnings. Its her who is not interested to live with me and why should I lose my earnings for that? How would deal with the situation legally? I am also fed being alone without a partner. When situation like this, could I marry another woman?
