Wife not coming to home .for no reason

Dear sir /mdm .my wife not coming to home and no contact in phone and her mother in her village saying my daughter will take divorce..but directly they did not told me .Wright now wat I have to do...shall I wait or give her a RCR ...PLS KINDLY TELL ME WHAT TO DO
as you said you can file RCR but before filing you send a legal notice to your wife to join and then wait for response then if she does not come you can file for divorce by the way you have not stated your religion.

The proper legal recourse would be to issue RCR notice else they will take the plea of desertion/cruelty in future before the court to claim maintenance, alimony etc. It remains unclear as to your period of marriage and children, if any.
