hi, Recently Im buying a resale flat in hyderabad the property was 2009 construction, 14 years old , I got a sale deed, link documents municipal tax bills all these from owner, but in sale deed “car parking not specified” but the owner had a car parking he paid extra amount to builders for car parking but not mention in Sale Deed, right now he didn’t have a contact with Builders. So how I can solve car parking issue? 100 rs bond paper with owner signature and notary witness sign lfat secratry

you didnt stated your religion as the inheritance laws are personal. however, you can sell the property alonwith ur kids, who being minor can be represrentred through mother. the registrar may insist for legal heir certificate from MRO. The parents will not have right as class I heirs are existing.
