Wife not applying for transfer to live together

Hi,
My marriage has happened March 2017 as a Hindu culture and she is doing govt service at a bank in Delhi and I am doing a job at Bengaluru. she promises much time to apply for a transfer but still not applied and now we have one girl baby and she is staying in Delhi. I want to apply for divorce.
Please advice me.
Divorce petitions be filed under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, at a place where the marriage was solemnised or where the parties last resides. In your case it will be filed before Delhi Court. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
