Wife living separately and doing job without informing my Information.

My wife leave my home and not coming back. She has no intention to come back. Her father is goverment employee in another district. Now she get some goverment job with help of her father in his father district. Now she is making excuse of job. I ask to get the job in my district and whatever she want to learn. l will pay. But she don't want to come back. She has no intention to give me divorce. If I go for court case, she and her family put fake allegation of dowry, cruelty against me and my family. Since 3 year of my marriage, she not lived properly with me and my family. We have done everything to get her back, but she is not agree on anything. Please let me know what should I do?
You have certain legal remedies to avail which are as follows:
1.You can file a petition under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights
2. You may file a Petition under section 13 seeking divorce on the ground of wilful desertion

In that case you have a step out. The question that arises that if you want to live with her or not. If your answer is NO then you can always file for divorce first and then anything filed by her after your divorce petition will not be that effective. If your answer is YES then you can apply for restitution of conjugal rights.
