Wife is not willing to lead a marital life from the day of marriage

Me and my wife are divorced from previous marriage and recently got married in March this year. However she seems to have psychological mental issues from the past and not ready for a relationship with me. She is not even ready to build a good rapport and abusing me of rape just for trying to touch her.nNeed legal advice on how to proceed with this situation.

if this kind of situation better you take divorce on cruelty otherwise it will go other way if she take any illegal action against you better you take right decision to come out this we go for marriage for lead happy life not get trouble and tention
