Mam If your in laws have the property which is ancestral property then you can claim from your husband,s share and if it's a self acquired property of inlaws then u can't claim it. You can file a case in the court and can have your share .

Yes. You and your daughter both of you have full right over the share of property of your husband and a daughter has full right over the share of her father's property have elapse of time is not matter of concern . But the suit for partition should be filled in no time without wasting must of the time.

Firstly u have to clear that, whether property was owned by ur inlaws or husband. Secondly ur inlaws still alive or died. Thirdly whether they executed any Will or not. If property was owned by ur inlaws and they died intestate, than u can claim ur husband's share in the property by way of filing civil suit. If property situated in Distt. Patiala or Mohali than u can contact me.

Yeh dekhna hoga k aap k husband k naam pr property thi ya nahi. Agar thi to sida aap ko or aap ki beti ko property milegi. Agar property aap k in laws k naam pr hai to aap apne in laws se maintenance claim kr skte ho ya fir charge create krwa skte ho unki property pe maintenance lene tak.
