Wife got married to younger brother without taking divorce

I am a married person and have not divorce from my wife. My wife has got court marriage with my younger brother(age 24 yrs). Is it legal at any rate?
No it's not legal. She can't marry by any means until her marriage with you is dissolved through a divorce petition. You can surely resort to legal action against her. You can avail our services and we will help you with that.

It's not legal your wife can be charged for giving false affidavit in court for marriage as well. You can complaint about it in police station as well over in the court with help of lawyer.

First she should get divorce from you then only she can marry afresh otherwise the same will amount into the offence of adultery. Divorce is mandatory for a new marriage to take place and if not then penal offence will arise.

No it is not legal. It is illegal marriage rather it can not be termed as marriage. Without getting divorce no one can remarry. Although on this ground you can seek divorce and you can also implicate your younger brother if you have evidence
