Wife forcing to get separate from my elderly parents, what to do ?

I am from hindu family. My wife went to her brother house with my 3 years kid and refusing you stay with my aged parents and I am the only working member. This is the 3rd time she has left the house.
If the spouse tries to seperate the husband from her parents, this amounts to cruelty and you can file for the divorce on that basis.
You can also try to resolve the matter with the intervention of elders and family members.

It is there in everybody's life. Either adjust or spoil your dreamworld. Alternative arrangements for your parents is sufficient. Better love your wife and her sentiments. Indian Law is in her favour. You and your parents will be behind bars if your wife decides so.
