In this situation , first of all you have to defend yourself by appointing an advocate, take a date in court and mean while file restitution of conjugal right case against her asking her to join you, so give message to court that you are willing to take her to your home once again. If she is not come she is not entitled for maintenance

Hi
You will have to file for either divorce or restitution proceedings before the Family Court.
In case of any criminal cases filed against you, you will have to approach the Sessions Court for anticipatory bail.

Dear client, your case is very strong case in your favour as you get the post on compensating ground which shows you are doing your moral duties, nowadays supreme court is very strong against the children neglecting parents, hence if case stands the concerning police officers will be in trouble as section 368 of ipc it is duty of govt, officer to frame charges in such a way the innocent should not be troubled, don't worry you are doing noble work the almighty God advocates like us are with you.live tension free, if like my opinion please rate me,
