Wife custody as my wife has been taken forcefully against her wish

Hi I got Arya samaj marriage done in Delhi and after 3 days her parents forcefully took her home and now they are trying to separate us as I am not in touch with her as her phone is wid her brother and I want my wife to be with me
assuming that both of you are of marrigible age and that boh of you have done a valid marriage, you may file a complaint before the local police that your lawfully wedded wife has been taken away from you. if your wife also does not want to live with you, you may consider filing an RCR case for restitution of conjugal rights.

hello client as you are saying tht your wife has been kept forcefully by her parents and they are trying to get both of you out of touch . this is a crime in any sense in the eyes of law . as you matter can get solves but for tht you need to take help from the high court. i can asaure you tht you will get your wife with you confirmed . your inlaws can not seperate you like this for the thing they are doing they will get punishment for sure.
